Yay Me! I'm in Grand Designs Magazine

It all started around Christmas. I had been doing some research around the net looking for some home build sheds, mainly because mine is falling down and I need another, but as usual decided to do something more ambitious and create a summerhouse / guest area / storage facility.......

Anyways I came across a website called readers sheds and posted a shot of shed there and told them what I was thinking of doing. The long and short of it was that they were contacted by Grand Designs Mag, who were doing a featurette on The Great British Shed, and would I mind sending them a photo [with me in it, and my surfboards] and a little bit on the why's and wherefores of that particular shed . I told them that it was recycled , that I 'hated to see waste' being an environmental scientist and all that [all true], and bits were of a shipwreck, and all sorts of flotsam [partially true]....... and they printed it.........

So there I am with pinkyfishywishie and kneelo, posing for the camera....... I'm wearing dark glasses and a silly hat in an effort to disguise meself somewhat.......
